About us
Acknowledging the PastSupporting our PresentStrengthening the Future
Our mission is to relieve hardship and support people in need — with a particular focus on disadvantaged migrants settling in Sydney, and on helping them rebuild their working lives.
Multicultural Communities Support Center Inc is a Sydney-based not-for-profit, established in 2026, providing practical and culturally appropriate help to disadvantaged members of the global communities settled in Australia, and to others in need.
Real support happens on the ground, through direct human connection and practical help. We were established by people who saw the hurdles new arrivals and vulnerable community members face — and decided to do something about it. A particular focus of ours is employment: helping skilled migrants return to meaningful employment in their area of expertise, and helping international students build career foundations while they study.
Assistance is provided freely and on the basis of assessed need, to people who are unable to adequately support themselves without intervention, and whose needs arouse compassion in the community.
